Simplified Battery Charger Internal View

This charger is used in AC EMU Coaches for charging of 50 nos of 90AH capacity lead acid cells at 5 hr rating. It is as per the ICF specification ICF/ELEC/Rev.NO.A.CS2. The charger will consists of voltage stabilizer employing double wound transformer with terned tank circuits. It will give an output voltage pf 110V±3(for an input voltage range 186-292V single phase AC , 50HZ ± 3%.

SCR Battery Charger

We manufacturer Automatic silicon controlled Rectifier (SCR) battery charger in single phase and 3Ø supply 50hz. The charging current can be from 10A-1000A and the charging voltage from 0V-400V DC. Our SCR charges works in constant current mode or constant voltage mode and both. These charges are very rugged and has got all protection features. It is working in the field for more than 10 years without any problem. We are 21 years old company. All our products are time tested. It can be used in yards,shop floors and testing areas.

Starter Battery Charger

This charger is used in the Rajdhani type train power cars for charging of batteries. The batteries are used for Diesel engine starting and so called as starter battery charger. This starter battery charger will be as per the ICF specification ICF/ELEC/848 Rev.01.
